1000 Calories a day – Weight Loss

When I was 15 years old, and conscious of my weight, I was told, maybe ill advised by a doctor, that if I wanted to lose weight to eat 1000 calories per day. He also added that he didn’t care if I ate 1000 calories of marshmallows !!

Now some 40 years later that advise is still true, maybe not the marshmallows !

Losing weight for most people becomes an exercise in one emotional disaster after another, but if we take away all the gobbledygook most diet freaks want you to believe, it gets down to the bare facts; your weight will be a result of what you eat, compared to what exercise you do – too simple really.

Don’t get me wrong here, I am talking about losing weight, 1000 calories per day is by no means a way of maintaining a healthy body, but it will drop the weight. When you reach your desired weight, you can increase the calories to the amount that fits with the amount of exercise you do to equal the weight you desire. 2EZY

The information you need is what food will give you the most nourishment, nutritional benefits and energy to get out  there and exercise.

Losing weight is not rocket science, nor does it require loads of money being thrown at weight loss centres, and there is absolutely no need to be hungry.

All you need is to familiarise yourself with this simple equation and the associated foods that will shed those unwanted kilos.

1000 calories per day is not a long term way of eating, but it will drop those kilo’s for you, what have you got to loose ??
