Adam & Eve – Apple snax – Raw Recipe

Adam & Eve Apple Snax


2 Fuji or red apples
2 C pecans soaked 6 hours
2 C dried figs soaked 1hour
1TB ground cinnamon
1 tsp Himalayan salt
½ C Agave


Slice apples ¼ “ rounds, using a V slicer – set aside.

Process all other ingredients until it forms a dough. Scoop out dough mix and roll into 2” balls and place on top of apples, gently press down into flat biscuit shape. Decorate with nuts or apple pieces.

Dehydration time and temperature  1st 3-4 hours @ 60*C then turn back to 45*C until they have reached the consistency of your choice, chewy and moist or crispy.
