Grape Salsa – Raw Recipe

Grape Salsa
2C red or/and green grapes –crushed and strained, or sliced into halves
1tsp lime juice,
1TB minced ginger

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse for a few seconds until chunky. Or leave grapes in halves and  add minced ginger and lime juice.

Serve immediatley or to intensify the flavors place salsa in a shallow dish and dehydrate for a couple of hours @ 43*

This is truly one of the most popular dishes served at our Food classes, the dish is always wiped clean 🙂
