Fresh Apple Pie

Ingredients

Crust
2 cups walnuts
1/4  cup agave nectar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

Filling
4 apples cored and thinly sliced [use a V slicer and slice whole apple core and peel, looks great]
1/2 cup agave
1 TB cinnamon

Method

Crust
Rinse and drain soaked walnuts. Combine all ingredients in a processor and blend until a dough mixture forms. Place mixture about 1/2 “ thick on teflex sheet or 8” pie dish and dehydrate for 2 hours.

Filling
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, combine and mix well. Dehydrate 2 hours.

Remove crust from dehydrator and fill with apple mix. Add Vanilla sauce or Maca cream [blend of nuts and water to make a smooth paste].
