Valentines day – Raw Treat

Heart Tart

Simply had to share this treat with you

With Valentine’s Day just around the corner why not give someone a slice of your heart with this

Base Ingredients

• 1 cup almonds

• 1 cup coconut

• ½ cup pitted and soaked dates

• ½ cup cacao powder

• 4 Tbsp. coconut oil

• ½ tsp. cinnamon

Method
Grind nuts and coconut to a powder using the blender. Make sure to leave a bit of
crunch for extra deliciousness.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend until the mixture comes together

Press ingredients into base of one large spring form pan (heart shape if possible). Make sure
it has a removable base

Blush Filling Ingredients
• 2 cups sliced frozen bananas

• 2 cups frozen raspberries

• 1 Tbsp. coconut oil

Method

Blend the frozen fruits until you have a soft serve consistency. It is a good idea to let the fruit
thaw a little before processing as it will whip more effectively.

Place the pan in the freezer while preparing the blush filling

Add oil and blend until you have a nice consistency

Pour the Blush Filling into the pan and return to the freezer

Freeze overnight

With love carefully remove the sides of the pan to release the tart

Decorate and serve to that special someone
