This would have to be my all time favourite salad, it is 2EZY to make and oh so good for you. Low in calories, No Fat, filling and loaded with nutrients.
1 teaspoon of your favourite miso
1 teaspoon tamarind paste
juice of 1 lime or lemon
a good slurp of a good apple cider vinegar [with mother]
Wash and Spiralize all veggies, place them in your favourite serving bowl
Mix all ingredients for the dressing and pour over veggies
Mix and enJOY 🙂
