Coriander – Cilantro

Rocket – Arugula

Baby English Spinach

Marinated Mushrooms – Balsamic Vinegar

Steamed or dry roasted Pumpkin

Roasted Red Bell Peppers – Capsicums

Pineapple Salsa

Turmeric paste, or minced fresh turmeric, or turmeric power

Add quantities of the above ingredients to your taste and need.

Place in your favourite serving dish, eat and enJOY
